The man behind the method
One is never truly free; the one who is not bound to something is not really living… the real ties are the ones we choose, the ones we seek and place upon ourselves, even though we could choose not to have them.
That is, for me, the world of horses — a way of life with a strong dose of obsession at its core. All or nothing. Either I embrace it or I leave it.
And since I cannot leave it, I live it with meaning and purpose. I have always been very clear that all the freedom in the world begins with the strictest discipline.
Moreover, if you wake up every day with a purpose aligned with what you truly want to do in life, you are far more likely to be a little happier.
